Home construction in Levittown continued from 1947 to 1951. When the last home was completed, Levittown consisted of 17,447 homes, several village greens, 10 swimming pools, numerous playgrounds, a baseball field, and a $250,000 community center.

The last home in Levittown sold for $8,500, just $510 more than a home four years earlier.
